  The Diploma provides a foundation for Food & Beverage staff to develop key skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations. Assesment
Types of assessment may vary and can include some of the following:
  • Class presentation/ contributions
  • Individual or group projects

  • Practical application of skills
  • Interviews conductor by lecturers with groups or individuals

Duration
Full-Time
1.5 years
(two 6-months academic term and 6 months industrial attachment)
Part-Time
18 - 24 months  
(depending on frequency of subjects per week)

Admission Requirements

For Singaporean/ Permanent Residents:
Students must have at least 3 ''O" Levels passes including a Pass in GCE "O" level English or IELTS 5.0 or equivalent; 
For International Students:
Students must have at least 10 years of minimum education. If the medium
of Education is not English, the student must show proof of proficiency in the English Language by obtaining Band 5.0 in IELTS.

This course is approved in principle by SDF.
