The Specialization Certificate in Food and Beverage Management provides the foundation for Food and Beverage staff to develop key skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations. Students learn skills like bartending, restaurant service and customer service. The skills learned are supported by a solid theoretical framework on which practical knowledge is based

(one 4-months academic term and 6 months industrial attachment)

Admission Requirements
   

For Singaporean/ Permanent Residents:
Students must have at least 3 'N' Levels passes including a credit pass in English or equivalent;

For International Students:
Students must have at least 10 years of minimum education. If the medium of Education is not English, the student must show proof of proficiency in the English Language by obtaining Band 5.0 in IELTS.

This course is approved in principle by SDF.  Company sponsored applicants are eligible for SDF subsidy.
