ASK School of Management has a contractual relationship and is a strategic partner of Regency International Centre for Hospitality , Leisure and Food Studies, TAFE South Australia. This centre is also an Institute of TAFE (TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION), which is a major Government provider of Vocational and Higher Education in Australia.

Regency is accreditated under two major quality assurance systems:

1. Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, one of the world's leading assessment and certification bodies for quality management systems, as well as the,

2. Australian National Training Authority (ANTA), recently incorporated into DEST (Department of Education, Science and Training), registered and accredited the Hotel Management and Food & Beverage Management programmes offered by ASK.

A condition of the contractual arrangement with Regency is that ASK School of Management is subjected to the same audit process as Regency. This institute is considered by ANTA (now DEST) as a division of Regency in the delivery of their accredited Hotel Management and Food & Beverage Management programmes.
